Greetings!

My name is Jeff Rumbaugh, Owner and Consultant at The Translation Behavioral Consulting, LLC. I have been proudly serving adolescents and adults with varying disabilities and their families in the Dane County area for over 25 years.

During this time, I have taken different support roles, including: Residential Services Coordinator with a not-for-profit agency, Special Education Teacher, High School Soccer Coach, Employment Specialist & Job Coach, and as an Emergency On-Call Responder with The Crisis Team of Madison for many years. I also ran for Governor in 2019 and U.S. Senate in 2023 - as the only advocate for individuals with special needs in Wisconsin.

In a confusing and understaffed system, my extensive experience and skills can help you and your loved ones make better, more informed choices - have me join your support team and see.
